Defence Minister says terrorists not succeed in their nefarious designs
Islamabad, May 23, 2011 (PPI): Federal Defence Minister Ch. Ahmed Mukhtar while expressing deep grief and sorrow over loss of precious lives in terrorist attack on PNS Mehran Navy Air Base in Karachi, bowed terrorists will not succeed in their nefarious designs.
In a statement Monday, he said terrorists by creating uncertainty and chaos, want to harm national security and destabilize the country. He termed the attack a cowardly act and vowed to bring culprits to justice as early as possible.
Expressing heartfelt condolences on loss of precious lives, he prayed to Allah Almighty to rest departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.
