Meeting held on Local Government Ordinance Draft Act
Peshawar, May 23, 2011 (PPI): Senior Minister for Local Government & Rural Development, Bashir Ahmad Bilour on Monday presided over a meeting on Local Government Ordinance Draft Act in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
Minister for Law, Barrister Arshad Abdullah, MPA Pervez Khattak, Secretary Local Government and others also attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed certain sections of the draft including the number of local council members, Musalihati Jirga etc. On this occasion, members of the committee were given tasks. He asked members to accomplish the task as it was very importance.
