Soccer - CSKA Moscow win their 6th Russian Cup

YAROSLAVL, May 23 (Itar-Tass) -- It is difficult to evaluate the game
quality, when you win your first Russian Cup, CSKA Moscow head coach
Leonid Slutsky stated here on Sunday.
CSKA Moscow have won their sixth Russian Cup beating 2-1 (1-1) Alania
Vladikavkaz in the final match in Yaroslavl on Sunday. Two goals from
Ivory Coast striker Seydou Doumbia won this prestigious trophy for CSKA
Moscow for the sixth time.
"The today's match was very hard psychologically. The top goal was to
win the victory. It is hard for me to give any comments on the game
quality, because the emotions are overwhelming me. Today the most
important thing for our team is the victory," Slutsky noted.
"The match, which was expected to be quite easy, turned out to be
unexpectedly hard. It became particularly obvious after we missed a goal
and during the second half, when Alania had several attempts on target,"
the CSKA head coach said.
In reply to a question why Japanese striker Keisuke Honda did not
appear in the starting lineup, Slutsky answered, "Honda is a highly
qualified striker, who always did his best in the game." "He just does not
always appear in the starting lineup due to a high competition inside the
team," the CSKA head coach said.
Slutsky also commented on the arrangements for the match in Yaroslavl,
"Did all pass worthily? Certainly, it did. I cannot have another opinion
