HH the Emir Congratulates Ivory Coast President

Doha, May 22 (QNA) - H.H. the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to Alhassane Ouattara on the occasion of his inauguration as the new president of Ivory Coast.
HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a similar cable of congratulation to Alhassane Ouattara on the same occasion.(QNA)
