Poland confirms sentence to Russian spy
WARSAW, May 20 (Itar-Tass) -- The Warsaw Court of Appeals on Thursday
confirmed the three-year sentence to convicted Russian "sleeper agent".
The man identified only as Tadeusz J was arrested in 2009 and
sentenced last December.
Polish media quoted counter-intelligence officers as saying the
"sleeper agent" belonged to the Russian military intelligence and was
hiding for ten years in the country.
The court was closed to the public because of security issues. It is
only known the convict rejected the accusations.
