Austrian president to leave for Russia Wed

VIENNA (Itar-Tass) - Austrian President Heinz Fischer leaves
for Russia on Wednesday for an official visit. He is expected to arrive in
Moscow on Wednesday night. At the airport, the Austrian Head of State will
be welcomed with top military honours.
Within the framework of the Moscow programme, Heinz Fischer is to hold
talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin, as well as meet with Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Patriarch
Kirill of of the Russian Orthodox Church.
The Austrian Head of State will attend the opening of an
Austrian-Russian economic forum in Moscow and a similar Tatar-Austrian
forum in Kazan where he will hold meetings with the leading officials of Tatarstan
