WIS denies voting on the three Vice Presidents deal

Baghdad (NINA) – The White Iraqiya Slate denied that it voted to approve the Vice-Presidents deal.

According to a press statement issued by the slate today "the statement by the MP from the Iraqiya Slate, Falah Al Zaidan, which the WIS voted on the Vice Presidents deal, is untrue."

the statement added "the MP from the bloc, Sheikh Ahmed Oraibi, raised his hand up to vote on the Vice Presidents, alone, and he has a right to do so stemming from the principles on which WIS was established which guarantees to its members the right to vote on matters in which they find themselves on the conviction that they are in the public interest, but, this does not mean that Sheikh Oraibi’s vote reflects all members of the WIS."

MP from the IS, Falah Al Zaidan, indicated, in a statement, that the WIS was among those who voted in approval of the Vice-Presidents in one basket. /End/
