Putin to chair meeting on physical culture and sports in Krasnodar

MOSCOW, May 16 (Itar-Tass) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will go on
a working visit to Krasnodar, southern Russia, to hold a meeting of the
presidium of the council for development of physical culture and sports
under the president.
High on the meeting's agenda will be modernization of professional
education in physical training and sports, the government's press service
said.
During his stay in Krasnodar Putin is expected to visit Kuban State
University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism to study how the program
for training professional staff is being implemented.
He will also visit the construction site of a multifunctional sports
complex.
