Pres cautions against attempts to tailor govt system to one person

KOSTROMA, May 14 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev
cautioned against the attempts to customize the government system for a
particular individual. Medvedev made the statement at a meeting with young
lawmakers from parliamentary factions on Friday.
"Ultra concentration of power is a really dangerous thing. It
repeatedly happened in this country, and, as a rule, resulted either in
stagnation or Civil War. We should not let it happen; we must act strictly
within the Constitutional framework. The attempts to arrange the
government system for a particular person are dangerous in any case," the
president said.
