Iran, Iraq to set up supreme economic commission
TEHRAN, May 14 (MNA) – Iran and Iraq will set up a supreme economic commission in the near future, Iraqi foreign minister Hoshyar Zebari announced.
Iranian first vice-president and Iraqi premier will co-chair the commission, Mehr news agency quoted Zebari as saying on Wednesday.
He made the remarks in a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Ali-Akbar Salehi in Baghdad, adding that the aim of forming the commission is to expand economic relations between the two countries.
