Anbar PC: the lack of expertise among national cadres behind granting the implementation of projects to foreign companies
Ramadi (NINA) - Anbar Provincial Council, attributed the reasons to grant the implementation of service and industrial projects to foreign and Arab companies to the poor experiences of cadres of governmental departments and especially the municipal departments that need to practice more and train on the use of modern methods.
Member of the Anbar PC, Mizhir Mullah Khader, told NINA today that "the implementation of several service and industrial projects in the cities of Anbar by Arab and foreign companies is due to the lack of expertise possessed by staff in various governmental departments that need to big experience and training.”
He pointed out that "the work of Arab and foreign companies and in cooperation with the governmental institutions in Anbar would give them extensive experience in all fields, as well as knowledge of modern and advanced methods in the implementation of various projects within the international standards."
