IAEA DELEGATION TO VISIT AZERBAIJAN
Baku,5 September,(AzerTAj)A delegation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will visit Azerbaijan for discussions over a project aimed at building a nuclear research reactor and Gamma radiation sterilization facilities in the country.
According to Adil Garibov, Director of the Institute for Radiation Problems of the
Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the place for the construction of the
facilities has already been decided.
Discussions on Azerbaijan-related projects were included in the agenda of IAEA’s
meeting to be held later this moth.
