Tourism services and hotel prices in Azerbaijan become cheaper
Azerbaijan, Baku, May 11 /Trend, I. Isabalayeva /
Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry will take additional measures to reduce prices offered by companies rendering tourism services in Azerbaijan, Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev told journalists on Wednesday.
"In this regard the relevant work on documentation is underway at present," he said. "In summer tourism companies’ services and hotel prices will be more affordable compared to last year. We will see it from mid-June," Garayev said.
"This is not only a recommendation," he added.
Garayev did not say how much prices will be reduced.
He said the amount of price reduction will depend on decisions of tourism companies and their economic state.
