Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The government has submitted to the Speaker D.Demberel a draft law on automobile drivers responsibility insurance.
This has been done not only due to fast growing number of auto--if in 1990 were registered 43 thousand 600 auto, today we have some 300 thousand--but also due to a need to coordinate some requirements. In the last year, the insured were ten percent of all drivers and 20 percent of all automobiles.
The cabinet wants to deal with some uncertanties that appear due to voluntary insurance, to dependence of insurance fee on a kind of an auto and others.
