Government welcomes Gulf ministers' decisions
SANA'A, Sep. 04 (Saba)-The government welcomed decisions made by
meeting of Gulf Ministerial Council of Foreign Ministers concluded
its activities yesterday in Jeddah over developing future
partnership with Yemen.
Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul-Karim
al-Arhabi told 26 September that GCC foreign ministers approval of a
report presented by GCC's General Secretariat and made by Yemeni-
Gulf Joint Committee on allocating funds to Yemen's projects
reflects the great Gulf keenness on supporting development plans in
Yemen.
He also said that acceptance the council to included Yemen in Gulf
control and observation organizations reflects the great Yemeni-Gulf
development relations.
He expected that the forthcoming period would witness measures and
practical steps within means of qualifying Yemen to be included in
the gulf organization.
He unearthed that a team of Yemeni-Gulf Joint Committee would hold
meetings for discussing details on preparing studies on priorities
of supplying development plans in Yemen in years to come.
