Dhafir Al Ani Iran's foreign minister is not welcome in Baghdad

Baghdad (NINA) - Leader in the Iraqiya Slate, Dhafir Al Ani said the visit by Iranian Foreign Minister is a challenge to the will of the Iraqi people, which is angry upon the Iranian intervention in Iraqi affairs, especially in the security and political decision making files.

The Secretary-General of the National Future Gathering said in a statement today "we look at this visit as not welcomed and warn of tolerance to accept the Iranian dictates and demand entrusted political figures of full transparency through public access of targets and the dimensions of this visit."

He added "at a time when senior politicians try to place unjustified obstacles and barriers between Iraq and the Arab world and fabricate crises with the Arab political regimes, paving the way to isolate Iraq regionally, they open the door to the oppressive regime in Tehran and even allow it to harm national interests of Iraq.”

He continued "the angry crowds in all the cities of Iraq are waiting for the Iraqi officials to say as they say “Salehi out out, Baghdad remains free."
