Qatar and China Sign Memorandum of Understanding
Doha, May 08 (QNA) -The Public Prosecution in the State of Qatar and the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China today signed a memorandum of understanding on strengthening cooperation in the judicial field.
The memorandum of understanding was signed for the State of Qatar by HE the Attorney General Dr. Ali bin Fetais Al-Marri for the Supreme People's Procuratorate in the People's Republic of China by China's Prosecutor-General Cao Jianming.
The memorandum comes out of the two sides conviction in the value of close cooperation between them in the public prosecution field, the enforcement of law, the enhancement of cooperation between the two sides and the effective judicial persuasion on the basis of mutual respect for sovereignty and jurisdiction of each party.
