GCC Ministers of Youth renew support for Iraq to organize Gulf Cup 21
Baghdad (NINA) – Dr. Asifa Musa, Director of Information of Ministry of Youth and Sports that Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Arab Gulf countries renewed their support for the Iraqi file to host the Gulf Cup 21 in Basra in 2013.
Musa, in a statement to NINA, said Minister of Youth and Sports Jasim Mohammed Jaafar met with ministers and heads of delegations participating in the meetings of the Council of Ministers of Youth and Sports which has just concluded in Marrakesh, Morocco, the minister discussed with them Iraq's preparations to organize the Gulf Cup.
She added that the ministers and heads of delegations expressed their support for this project, which is in the interest of the Gulf football; especially because of Iraq’s weight this area.
