FORUM WILL ENHANCE M'SIA'S ATTRACTION AS INVESTMENT & BUSINESS DESTINATION

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 (Bernama) -- The Global Brand Forum to be held here from Dec 4-5, will further enhance Malaysia's attraction as the destination for investment and business.

The organiser, Media Prima Bhd also believes that the forum is an excellent
catalyst to define Malaysia's role in the 21st century as a competitive and
competent knowledge based economy, by raising the level of brand literacy.

Its group chief executive officer television networks/ Media Prima
International, Farid Ridzuan said the forum will see world brand icons such as
former American president Bill Clinton, Martin Lindstrom and Sheikh Majed
Al-Sabah speaking on how to build a brand as well as sustain and create value
for stakeholders.

Farid said between eight to ten speakers are expected to
attend the forum.

Called the "Davos of Branding", the two-day forum is expected to attract
600-700 participants from the industry, government as well as the small and
medium entreprises sector.

Global Brand Forum chairman, Karthik Siva said it will also deliver
valuable insights for stakeholders into how to strengthen the Malaysian brand as
a global entity and look beyond local shores," he added.
