PPP never labelled PML-Q as ‘Qatil League’: MNA Jakhrani

Nawabshah, May 05, 2011 (PPI): Chaudhary brothers neither had any personal enmity with Bhutto family nor they are involved in Benazir Bhutto’s murder, they only had some political differences with Pakistan Peoples’ Party, said PPP’s Member National Assembly Gul Muhammad Jakhrani.

He was speaking at a condolence gathering late Wednesday night held at the residence of Shahbaz Dahri, son of renowned lawyer Ali Muhammad Dahri who was murdered a few days ago.

Refuting the accusations levelled against his party regarding PML-Q, he said PPP never labelled Q-League as ‘Qatil (murderer) League’, and added that public has given mandate to PML-Q and that mandate should be respected.

It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-e-Azam) leaders Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhary Pervez Elahi have joined hands, just recently, with the ruling PPP.

Lauding President Asif Ali Zardari’s reconciliatory policy, the MNA said president’s far-sightedness could be gauged by his reconciliatory policy in politics which is for the good of the country.

He also said murderers of Dahri will soon be brought to book. Ali Muhammad Dahri’s murder is not a case of personal enmity, but a murder of political nature.
