THREE-SIDED MEMORANDUM SIGNED IN HEALTH SPHERE
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A mutual undestanding memorandum has been signed between the resident representative in charge of Social health development programme of the Asian development bank /ADB/ to Mongolia Claude Bodart, a head of Aids and cooperation policies department of Finance Ministry B.Khurenbaatar, and a deputy Minister of Health J.Tsolmon.
The “Programme of Health sectors development-4” project is to be implemented within the memorandum. To start it, the ADB delegates have met representatives of Ministries of Health, of Finance, project implementing units, related organizations, agencies and companies to introduce the project's aims and discuss some problems.
The project, funded in frames of the ADB's nonrefundable aid, will be realized in stages in 2011-2016 to provide medicaments safety, to trigger hospitals renovation, and to refine an educational system for medical postgraduates.
