PREMIER IN KHENTII
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In Khentii aimag the Premier has held a meeting with people in the province's center and introduced them to the governmental policies and goals.
He has mentioned about the Year of Reforming Business Environment in 2010, saying the cabinet started improving an environment for businessmen who contribute to the country's economics, augmenting the economic growth, refining legal environment in order to abolish a bureaucracy in the state service. "We annulled 101 licenses that were causing troubles in business, decided to distribute shares of the “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” company to every citizen, initiated a construction of the “Sainshand” industrial complex, of 1,100 km railways in several routes and paved-roads to connect all aimags," he said adding that the outcome these works will appear soon.
The gathered have appreciated the cabinet's decision to place MNT 24 billion in the state budget in order to create a fund of developing productions in aimags as well as its works to make a reform in the educational sector.
“The government has reduced number of state-owned universities and institutes to 16, and prefers to found new vocational training centers and to improve their capability. A vocational training center of eastern region will be erected next year in your aimag, and it will train over 2,000 pupils a year,” the Premier has said.
The government has begun introducing the Cambridge standards, “one of secondary schools of Khentii will follow these standards,” he went on.
The locals have said the non-cash allowance of MNT 500 thousand significantly contributed to their livelihood allowing to pay tuition fees of students and banking debts, and have thanked the Government for adding a minimum salary, allowance and pension.
The Premier has requested the people to strengthen the achievements their province made.
Then S.Batbold got au fait with a “Atar chandgana suu” company's milk farm.
