Two militants killed in Chechnya

MOSCOW, May 3 (Itar-Tass) -- Two militants have been killed in an
anti-terrorist operation in Russia's volatile North Caucasian republic of
Chechnya, a source in local police told Itar-Tass on Monday.
"According to preliminary information, two militants from illegal
armed gangs were killed in a clash" with federal forces in a forest late
on Monday, the source said.
According to the source, one officers of the federal forces was
wounded.
