Gaddafi urges NATO to start talks
CAIRO, April 30 (Itar-Tass) -- Muamar Gaddafi has called upon NATO to
enter into negotiations on an end to bombardments.
"We have not attacked them (NATO countries), then why are they
attacking us?" he said in a live statement on government television. "Let
us discuss that, let us come to the negotiating table."
Gaddafi remarked that if the real target of the coalition was oil,
then the parties could negotiate contracts any time
