Morocco blast death toll rises to 16.

RABAT (Itar-Tass) -- The death toll of a terrorist blast
that ripped trough a Marrakech cafe popular with foreign tourists on
Thursday rose to 16, the official MAP news agency reported.
It said two injured died in hospital, but did not identify their
nationality. It was initially reported that 10 foreigners were killed and
one Russian tourist heavily injured.
The blast ripped through the Argana cafe on Marrakech's Djemaa el-Fna
Square and was the deadliest attack in eight years.
King Mohammed VI resolutely condemned the attack and expressed
condolences to the families of the dead and ordered the law enforcement
agencies to do an earliest possible investigation of the incident.
