Cabinet approves recommendations over hosting 20th Gulf football

SANA'A, Sep. 02 (Saba)- Headed by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar, the cabinet approved recommendations including in a report presented by Deputy Premier for the Defense and Security Affairs and head of the supervision committee of preparing 20th Gulf football competition over insurance of hospitality of this key sport event in Aden.

The report recommended to set up complex of hotels in the governorate of Aden in accordance with the tourism standards adopted by the ministry of tourism to host 440 persons.

The Cabinet asked the Ministry of Public Works and roads to carry out the complex and ministry of finance to allocate the funds for
the project.

Moreover, the cabinet discussed a strategy of developing
civil defense presented by Deputy Premier for the Defense and
Security Affairs which aims at enhance capacities of civil defense
and extend official, public and private participation in this
regard.

The cabinet formed a committee headed by the Deputy Premier
for the Defense and Security Affairs to review the strategy
technically and financially.
