Fed taxation service to sum up results of work Wed.

MOSCOW, April 27 (Itar-Tass) - The results of the work done by the
Federal Taxation Service (FTS) of Russia are to be summed up here on
Wednesday at a meeting of the FTS Board. It is also planned to consider
matters aimed at raising the efficiency of collection of tax arrears,
including bankruptcy procedures, and the writing-off of arrears. penalties
and fines recognized as hopeless for recovery.
The Board meeting is to be attended by Alexei Kudrin, Vice-Premier and
Minister of Finance, Sergei Shatalov, State Secretary and Deputy Minister
of Finance, Konstantin Chuichenko, presidential aide and head of the
Control Department of the President, Stanislav Voznesensky, Deputy
Minister of Ecoomic Development, and Roman Artyukhin, chief of the Federal
Treasury.
