Police seize 1 ton explosives, detonators, 3 held

QUETTA, April 26, 2011 (PPI): Zarghoonabad police seized 1000 kg ( one tone) explosives and 29 detonators from a jeep and arrested three accused here Tuesday. According to details, Zarghoonabad Police at its post in Nawan Killi locality checked a jeep today. Search led to the seizure of 1000 Kg explosives and 29 detonators. Three inmates Sajjad Ali, Omar Farooq and Raban Ali were also taken into custody. A probe was underway by Zarghoonabad police.
