Pakistani bandits loot passenger bus near Moro

Moro, April 26, 2011 (PPI): A group of bandits looted a bus going from Karachi to Punjab on the night between Monday and Tuesday near here.

As per details, armed dacoits blocked road and intercepted the bus. They made driver and passengers hostage at gun-point and looted cash and valuable from them.

The bandits also looted many other vehicles. They opened fire on a car, which did not stop at their caution. Resultantly, driver Irshad Depar was injured.

Later, the bandits fled along with booty. Deprived passengers staged a sit-in on National Highway blocking it for some time. However, local police rushed their and persuaded them to lift the road blockade.
