DEMPARTY FACTION MEETS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Leader of the Democratic Party's faction at the State Great Khural Ch.Saikhanbileg gave a report on the faction's meeting held Monday.
The faction has considered as necessity to discuss a draft amendment to the law on the state registration of legal persons that realize foreign investments to the strategic important enterprisers, for ensuring a national security. The bill reflects clauses about shareholding of the foreign-invested companies at the strategic mineral deposits.
The gathered heard a report of a working group to draw up the faction's conclusion on implementation of the activity program of the government for 2008-20112 and the basic guidelines of the socio-economic development in 2010. As the groupo said, the conclusion has not been finished yet, it will be ready next week.
The meeting postponed discussing of matters on appointing members of the Finance Regulatory Committee (FRC) and heads of the parliamentary sub-committees.
