Parliamentary committee studies disabled rights convention
SANA'A, Sep.01 (Saba)- Parliamentary Committee in Yemen is currently
studying, for more than one year, the International Convention on
the Protection of the Disabled Rights in order to ratify it, the
state run 26sep.net reported on Monday.
The convention affirms the importance of employing the disabled in
the public and private sectors, enhancing job opportunities and
promoting programs of rehabilitating them vocationally and
functionally.
