WHO hands over medicines for Saada health office

SAADA, Sep. 01 (Saba)- World Health Organization (WHO) handed over
on Monday 158 boxes of medicines to the health office in Saada
governorate at sum of $ 150,000.

The medicines will be distributed by the office to districts
and Republican Hospital in the governorate.

Minister of Public Health and Population Abdul-Kareem Rasa valued
the WHO assistance and its role in supporting health sector in
Yemen.

On the other hand, the minister inspected services in the
Republican Hospital, asking to supply it with required equipment as
well as offer two scholarship of higher education for two doctors
working in the hospital.
