This decision was made when a head of Mongolia's management association D.Tserendorj and a vice president of Mongolia's Academy of sciences were participating in the a regular meeting of the assosiation in Macau. There, the gathered discussed how to determine potential index of organizations' management adjusted to national features, to run management works within nations, and heard reports on member-countries present situations of economy, social life and politics.
