IMPLEMENTATION OF SOME NAT'L PROGRAMMES IS DELAYED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The way the national programmes and projects of 2010 have been implemented was presented by a head of Cabinet secretariat of Government Ch.Khurelbaatar at the cabmet meeting Wednesday.
In view of this, the cabinet has obliged members of Government, a Mayor of Ulaanbaatar city, governors of aimags to always thoroughly work analyse a realization of these programmes and projects.
There are 403 state, governmental and policy documents based on the Mongolia's Millenium Development Goals and the National development comprehensive policy. Of them, national 96 programmes have been implemented with 76 percent in 11 Ministries, and 111 projects with 82,4 percent in nine Ministries with help of the state and foreign soft loans and grant aid, Khurelbaatar said.
He srtongly advised the Ministers of Roads, of Mineral resources, of Social welfare and labour, of Education to urge an implementation of more than ten policy documents, national programmes and projects.
