"AIDA" OPERA TO BE STAGED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ People's Artist of the Russian Federation and general conductor of the Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Krasnoyarsk city A.P.Chepurnoy will conduct the "Aida" opera of Giuseppe Verdi to be played for the first time in the Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
The composer arrived Tuesday. Last year he conducted the "Eugene Onegin" opera by Tchaikovsky in the State Academic Theatre. The main role of "Aida"--four chapters and seven acts--will be played by State Honored Actress S.Monkhtsetseg.
