Dubai gallery to showcase Persian calligraphy
TEHRAN, April 19 (MNA) -- Dubai’s Total Art Gallery is currently hosting a solo exhibition of calligraphy by the Iranian artist Ali Shirazi.
Entitled “Improvisation, Exhibition of Contemporary Persian & Arabic Calligraphy”, the showcase will run until May 9.
Shirazi’s work has been extensively exhibited worldwide and been collected by major museums and private collections throughout the Islamic world.
