Iranian foundation to produce doc on Gaza-bound Freedom Flotilla
TEHRAN, April 19 (MNA) -- Iran’s Farabi Cinematic Foundation plans to produce a documentary on the Gaza-bound Freedom Flotilla under the tile of “Bloody Harbor”.
The Israeli military attacked the Gaza-bound Freedom Flotilla in international waters in the Mediterranean Sea early on May 31 in 2010, killing at least 19 people on board, mostly Turkish nationals, and injuring about 50 others.
Over the past 11 months, Iranian scholar Sediqeh Firuzi has been compiling information in Iran, Turkey and Cyprus for the documentary about the event.
