Iran-Turkey-Azerbaijan trilateral forum promotes regional integrity’

TEHRAN, April 17 (MNA) – Iran-Turkey-Azerbaijan trilateral forum lays the foundation for improving regional cooperation, Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has stated.

“Iran-Turkey-Azerbaijan trilateral cooperation not only benefits the entire region it can also serve as a foundation for expanding cooperation and interactions with other regional countries and help peace and stability in the region,” Salehi said during the meeting on Saturday.

He said that the three states seek to maintain peace and stability in the region.

Iran-Turkey-Azerbaijan trilateral meeting was held in Urmia, West Azerbaijan Prov., on Saturday with the participation of Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, and his Turkish and Azerbaijani counterparts Ahmet Davutoglu and Elmar Mammadyarov.
