Iran's Bushehr to begin producing electricity in two months’
TEHRAN, April 16 (MNA) -- The Bushehr nuclear power plant will start producing electricity in about two months, the Iranian ambassador to Russia said in Moscow on Friday.
Ambassador Seyyed Reza Sajedi stated that there was recently a misunderstanding between Tehran and Moscow that has not been resolved yet, but the two countries still have good relations.
But Iran believes that the two countries should not dwell on the past so that Tehran and Moscow can increase their cooperation in the future, he added.
Commenting on the negotiations between Iran and the 5+1 group (China, France, Russia, Britain, the United States, and Germany), the ambassador said that Iran is ready to attend the next round of talks as long as the country’s legal rights are respected.
However, Iran believes Western countries are interfering in the internal affairs of countries in the Middle East and North Africa and they are not really serious about holding negotiations, Sajedi stated.
