Azerbaijani president arrives in Astara
President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Astara region of Azerbaijan on April 15 as part of his southern region tour, Azerbaijani President’s official website reported.
In Astara`s Heydar Aliyev Central Park, the Head of State laid flowers at the monument to Heydar Aliyev, national leader of Azerbaijan.
President Aliyev was informed about improvement work in the Astara region and a park, where the monument has been reared.
The Astara`s Heydar park has recently undergone major reconstructions. The park is provided with all conditions for Astara residents’ rest.
