MINISTER OF FINANCE ATTENDS FORUM IN USA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A Minister of Finance, S.Bayartsogt, visiting the USA, will attend Annual and Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group April 16-17 in Washington, USA.
Aim of the annual spring meeting is to estimate activities of the WB and International monetary fund /IMF/. It is organized by Development committee of the WB jointly with IMF, Money and financial committee of IMF every spring.
The meeting will discuss difficult issues, budget of 2011, financial statement of 2010, and members-countries and international organizations are to estimate fund and bank's activities of 2010.
At the Spring meeting, S.Bayartsogt is to meet authorities of the WB and IMF, specialists in charge of Mongolian affairs. He will hold talks on several issues, inform on some changes in Mongolia's economy and finance, budget and finance of 2010 and 2011, and share views on the last year's cooperation.
