Babylon Governor: most of the projects implemented by the Americans were below levels
Hilla (NINA) – Babylon Governor, Mohammed Al Masoudi, announced that most of the projects implemented by the American Constructions Team in the province did not maintain the required levels, Al Masoudi stated to NINA correspondent.
He said “most of the projects did not meet the citizens’ ambitions and did not maintain the required levels, thing that negatively affected the team.”
He added “most of the projects were not meeting the technical standards because the team could not choose efficient contractors.”
He called on the American team to cooperate with the governorate and its council and not give any contractor any grant until reading the Governorate’s evaluation report.
He stressed that the contractors should be nominated by the Governorate and the council for the projects funded by the American Constructions Team and to consider the Governor’s notes about these projects.
