Dy Chairman Senate for further broadening trade ties between Pakistan, China
Islamabad (PPI) - Deputy Chairman Senate Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali has underlined the need for further broadening the trade ties between Pakistan and China and opening of new avenues of cooperation for mutual benefit and well being of the people.
He expressed these views while talking to the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Chinese Embassy Huang Zilian , who called on him at the parliament house on Monday. They exchanged views on matters of bilateral interests with particular reference to enhancing parliamentary interaction and promoting business, trade and cultural exchanges.
Deputy Chairman appreciated steps taken by the Chinese government and expressed the hope that the special economic zone will transform the region into an economic hub and will get the two countries more closer to each other. He said Pakistani investors should come forward and take maximum advantage of the facility. The Deputy Chief of Mission thanked the Deputy Chairman for extending warm welcome and assured his all-out support to further strengthen the bilateral ties.
