INDUSTRIAL OUTPUT INCREASES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ In the first quarter of 2011, the total industrial output increased by 28.5 billion togrog or 7.2 percent to 422.6 billion togrog (at 2005 constant prices) against the previous year.
The increase in the industrial output was mainly due to 10.0-59.2 percent increases in mining and quarrying products such as gold, and coal; and 0.9 percent to 5.6 times increases in industrial main products of manufacturing sector such as soft drinks, bread, combed down, milk, sausages, carpet, alcohol, beer, concrete mortar, camel woolen blanket, door, windows, iron ore, cement, sawn wood.
