Russian oil price 2011 may exceed 105 dollars - view

MOSCOW, April 10 (Itar-Tass) -- Price for Russian oil in 2011 may be
above 105 dollars a barrel, Russia's Deputy Minister of Economic
Development Andrei Klepach said.
The verified macroeconomic forecast for 2011 contains oil price at 105
dollars a barrel /earlier, the forecast named 81 dollars a barrel/. At the
same time, Klepach does not rule out that oil price in 2011 may be higher,
but in the second quarter it will be going down. Russia's budget expenses
are not based on the price of 105 dollars. The forecast for 2012-2013
contains price for Russian oil at over 90 dollars a barrel.
As for the budget, Klepach believes that Russia may have a zero
deficit in 2011 if oil price is about 110 dollars a barrel, and if the
price is 105 dollars, the deficit may be 0.6-0.8 percent of the GDP.
In late April, Russia's government will discuss the verified forecast
of the country's social and economic development for 2011 through to 2013.
Right now, Russia's various authorities discuss the draft, and the figures
may be changed, he said.
