5.3 MAGNITUDE QUAKE HITS TOLITOLI IN SOUTHEAST SULAWESI
Bengkulu, Aug 29 (ANTARA) - A tectonic earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale (SR) hit Tolitoli, Southeast Sulawesi, on Friday at about 17:20:56 local time.
Information received from the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMG) said that the epicentrum of the quake was 0.84 degree Northern Latitude and 120.97 degree Eastern Longitude.
The location of tremblor was 28 km southeast of Tolitoli in a depth of about 551 km.
