Lavrov to discuss CIS air defense, piracy in Kiev.

KIEV (Itar-Tass) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov
will participate in the ministerial meeting of CIS countries on Friday
that will discuss draft agreements on joint air defenses and the fight
against copyright piracy.
The documents will then be submitted to the heads of state and
government.
The ministers will also discuss an agreement on registration of
citizens of third countries entering CIS territory.
The agenda also includes the creation of a cooperation council in the
field of fundamental science and a development concept for education,
culture and arts.
