AMENDMENT TO LAW TO BE SUBMITTED TO PARLIAMENT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The cabinet meeting on Wednesday discussed a draft amendment to the law on chemical poisonous and dangerous substances, and decided to submit it to parliament.
In accordance with the amendment, the regulation of the use of the chemicals, banned or limited in Mongolia, will be co-approved by the state administrative central body in charge of environment and health affairs.
There is also a clause on limited usage of the chemical poisonous and dangerous substances and terms of banning the usage of some substances. A list reflects highly-influencing 112 types of substances, a usage of 29 is limited, and of 83 is banned.
