LOANS WILL BE GIVEN TO FINANCE HOUSING
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday at the cabinet meeting, a Deputy Premier and head of the national committee for intensifying the housing M.Enkhbold introduced related to apartments and infrastructure works and plans to be run in frames of the "New construction" middle-term program.
For erecting the apartments and infrastructure and for drawing up plans, MNT 437.8 billion will be allotted from the bonds resources of the Developmental Bank. A Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development Kh.Battulga, and city's Mayor G.Monkhbayar have been ordered to grant mortgage loans of MNT 216.6 billion out of these 437.8 billion, and to pay back them through the Housing Finance Corporation.
A Minister of Finance S.Bayartsogt has been obliged to place MNT 221.2 billion in the annual state budget for the infrastructure and schools, kindergartens and hospitals bulidings construction. Together with him, a head of the National Innovation Committee Ch.Khashchuluun have been tasked with regulating an issue of bonds for financing the housing and engineering infrastructure.
