No army operation in Balochistan says Malik
ISLAMABAD, April 06, 2011 (PPI): There was no army operation in any part of the Balochistan province and force was deployed around the Sui only for the protection of installation said Federal Minister for Interior Rehman Malik.
Talking to media here on Wednesday, he said Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) was involved in subversive activities and targeting the innocent people adding that no agency was involved in subversive activities in the province of Balochistan.
Replying to queries, Rehman Malik said that the government taking strict action against those criminals which are creating hurdles in law and order.
Government will consult with patriot persons and any subversive situation will be handled with iron hand for the safety of masses in Balochistan province, he said.
To another question, Rehman Malik said PPP government had always provided rights to common people of Balochistan province and Aghaz-e- Haqooke Balochistan package was its example.
